Best Pack N Play

We are going to be getting a pack n play soon to use in our bedroom for a newborn. After seeing many reviews it seems the bassinets in them do not always work well and tend to bend and the same is true for the ones with the changing table addition. I was wondering if there is a brand that anyone loves. Our room is too small for a crib and the baby's room will be on another floor, so this is our best option for the bedroom and it will be usable for travel too. Thanks for any and all comments.

Help Escapee from Pack N Play

This morning my 22month old daughter escaped from her pack n play in the space of about 2 minutes - while I was getting her prune juice to bring to her. She has always been good about reading books and playing in there while I take a shower in the morning. What do you do at this point? How do you get ready in the morning with a toddler on the loose? She is active. We have adheshire with glass shelves and a small TV in our bedroom and I am afraid to let her be loose in there while I take my shower. It is brass and glass and we can't...

My baby is due in Feb. so I have some time ,however , I would love some advice. I already know which crib I would like to have but I'm a lil scared to put my baby in it right after birth. I've read about Pack N Plays and Co-sleeping. I'm wondering if the Pack N Play is a waste of $$ or would it be better to put my baby in the bed with me (just in the beginning ). It seems using a...

Co-sleeping, Nursing, and Pregnancy

I recently posted about introducing a stuffed animal to my 13 month old to help in the SLOW transition to his crib. My reason for this is I am hoping to have him in his crib and possibly weaned (if not completely, at least partially) by the time he is 2 years old because that is when we want to start trying to conceive #2. While pregnant with my son, my breasts were VERY sore for quite awhile and sleeping was hard for me. I had to sleep elevated and it was really uncomfortable for me to move around. Because of this, I am concerned about...
