Need 'Cold' Lunch Ideas

Hi everyone, I'm two weeks into summer and already ready for school to start for one reason only...the daycare I take my kids to does not supply lunch for the kids so I am responsible for making my kids lunch everyday and I can not send anything that has to be warmed up so needless to say my kids are already burnt out on ham and chesse or peanut butter/jelly sandwiches or lunchables (which are getting expensive) and I am out of ideas for things that can sit in a lunch kit unrefridgerated for several hours. I also need something quick...
