Help with Skin Rash
I am at my wits end and so is her mom. She does have eczema, but today when she was very upst about getting cleaned up after a "throw up" I noticed her face was getting red. It looked like someone rubbed her checks to much, then they got worse and more defined. They looked like broken blood vessels. She's come to me with these before but minimual. The right side of her face was worse than the left, there were marks under her chin, on her neck and under both eyes. It looked like little lines of broken blood vessels. It didn't get any...
