Unuentertaining 2 13-Year-old Boys, 2 10-Year-old Girls and One 6 Year Old Girl

I am watching my nephew this summer because he is diabletic and not taking control of it. His mother has tried everything she can and had to get a job to pay for his medical needs. He is coming here so I can make sure he is taking his blood sugar and insulin. His sister (10) is comming here by default because no one else will be home as both parents work. Advise for 7 Year Old B-day Party!!

I am having my daughters B-day party at the house this year. We've always done them at places so this is the first time at the house! I thought we would set up "stations" in the back yard and have some girls decorating flip-flops.Some would be getting make-overs in one station (with my older daughters help),and then do a pinata,pin the crown on the princess,then pizza/cake and ice cream. I'm wondering if that is not enough? Or too much? Would the girls have fun being split up and doing different things at different times? Would they...
