My 1 Year Old Not Drinking Milk

Our daughter who is almost 13 months is not taking whole milk, lowfat milk....I still breastfeed her in the morning and in the evening for bedtime. But now that she needs the fat for brain development, she doesn't want to take cow's milk, not in a bottle or zippy cup. we have put a little bit of chocolate so that we trick her in to drinking and sometimes that backfires. any advice? she loves 1/2 and 1/2, as I tried giving her this at a restaurant that had the little 1/2 and 1/2 supplements. What to do????

To Early for Cow's Milk??

Hello moms! I have a 9 soon to be 10 month old amazing son. I am seeking advice as to when you began to switch your infant from formula to cow's milk? Do you think it is still to early? What would happen if it is infact to early? In some weird way (never heard of this before) but my son is not very interested in his formula anymore. I can only get about 2-3 bottles in him a day. Not to mention, it would help w/ finances.

Problems with My 12 Month Old Drinking Both Regular Milk and Soy

I have a 12 month old little boy he was on ailimentum formula as an infant my Dr. swithched him first to Soy b/c he stopped wanting to drink the formula and he is 1 year old. He had horrible diarhea so we switched to Lactaid Whole milk. He started having 7to 8 diapers a day that ranged from very mushy to borderline diahrea, plus for the first time ever got a bad diaper rash that we couldn't get rid of. My Dr. wanted me to stick with it for awhile and prescribed cream that did not help at all. I switched him again to Rice Milk. It's only the...

Switching to Cows Milk

I just started my 11 and a half month old daughter on whole milk, my question is, what is whole milk? I have used the horizons organic whole milk just because it says whole on the carton, however, it is pretty expensive and do not mind using the regular gallons. Is whole milk just vitamin d? or both a and d? Just wondering because I would like to save some money just because everything is more nowadays.
