O man! It mad my butt hurt! I felt like I was sitting on bricks. I couldn't sit for more than 10 mins at a time. Nausea can be a sign of upcoming labor! Good luck
How would you all describe how lightening (baby moving down) felt when you were pregnant? Did it make you feel nauseas at all? The best way I can describe it is, the feeling you get when you're in an elevator and you feel your stomach kind of drop. I've been feeling this for a while now, but today I also feel nauseas, but that could be because of the heat also.

I just felt a lot more pelvic pressure and spikes of nerve pain in the groin area... oh and sore hips and lower back. I'm at 34 weeks.
When the baby is higher, it's scrunching your lungs and intestines, when it drops, it gives back a TEENY bit of space, which may be what you are experiencing.
mine felt like butterflies at first then like my stomach flipped a few weeks later. i think it's different for everyone though. congrats on the pregnancy!
My first baby was my only baby to drop (is that what you're meaning)? I was sitting and watching TV and felt her shift down. I stood up and it felt like I had a ball between my legs. That was at 34 weeks. I could no longer walk normal, my joints hurt so bad, it was not fun. I haven't done it with my others until in labor.
That stomach drop was what I felt when I was pregnant with my first around 18-20 weeks, before I felt distinct "kicks." As far as the type of lightening when baby drops (in the third trimester), the only way that I knew that happened was when I could breathe easier but I had to pee every 15 minutes!!
what you feel is normal because of the gravity pull on your tummy... be cautious though if you are on your due date.... i had my DD via caesarian section so i did not feel pain before or during... thats my frustration to feel tha PAIN of giving birth...
I never noticed any lightening with any of my 3 kids.
