Yes, you can get advice regardless of whether you're a father, mother, grandparent, etc.
But in order to get advice, or perhaps insight from someone who has experienced what you're going through, you'll have to expand your post.
Without going into personal details (names of children, etc), please tell us what's going on. Tell us what you've tried already, whom you've contacted (attorney, etc), and the specifics.
I realize you may not have provided information to save yourself the trouble of typing it all out and then getting some kind of answer like "no, this site is only for women" but that's not the case at all.
We're willing to listen. We may not have the answers, but any parent is welcome here.
Anyone who is "rail roaded" by CPS is welcome to ask a question here. But it is important to "train" your mind to phrase the question in an understandable way, to keep the answers "on track".
(Since you mentioned that you're a father, I figured that you might appreciate a "dad joke". Unless the capital F was not a typo and you meant that you are a priest...in which case, I have a different set of jokes.)
You give us nothing to go on... no idea what your question is?
You need to see your legal counsel. We can't give you legal advice.
Welcome to mamapedia, T.
You need to be more specific in what your issue is for people to be able to help you.
Have you obtained a lawyer? If not - maybe you should if you feel that strongly about it.
Send more info...you have to give us the details if you want people to give you advice.
What is your question?
Fathers and grandparents and foster parents are more than welcome here! Happy to help.
Please edit your question and add a lot more details. We aren't legal experts - just parents -
but you may get some advice that will help you. Also, please take a look at some other questions on this site - you'll see that those with more info get better, more detailed and more helpful responses.
Please edit your question title to say something like "Issues with CPS" and feel free to say what state that's in. You can also click the option to keep send your question more locally to that state. Then write your question including the info that you're a dad and what the specifics are of your problem.
