How to Start Milk Production Earlier

With my first son, my milk didn't come in until 5 days after he was born. Because of this he was jaundiced and we had to supplement. Of course, that all messed up breastfeeding and we didn't really get back on track until he was 4 weeks old (and that was with a lot of tears on both ends!) Running Low on Milk Supply

I am breast feeding my almost three month old 14lb son and I am not producing enough to feed him. I have an excellent supply, almost over supply, but I recently went back to work, and just can't find the time to breast feed and pump effectively. When Is It a Good Time to Start Pumping While Breastfeeding

I am breastfeeding my 3 week old and trying to figure out the best times to pump to start to store up milk for when I go back to work at 12 weeks. Is it better to pump before or after nursing? And how often? I am anxious to give her a bottle of breastmilk soon just to know that she will take one. I have read that it is better for dad to give the first bottle and then have him do a particular feed for a week and then keep introducing the bottle that way.
