Convertible Car Seats

i'm a little overwhelmed right now. My daughter is 10 mos old and about 17lbs and 27-28 inches. i've started looking for the next car seat but am so overwhelmed by the choices out there. Price is a factor- but not if it compromises Safety. I've looked at the Britax Roundabout and Marathon ( unsure if the extra $50 is needed to extend the life to 65lbs?) 2 Month Old Will Not Sleep in Her Own Bed - Only Wants to Sleep While Being Held

We don't co-sleep - it's not a safe choice for my family. My 2 month old will only sleep at night in my arms. Every time I put her down in her own bed ( a cradle right next to my own bed), she wakes up and screams. I end up holding her for hours while she sleeps in the night. But then I don't get much sleep. I'm exhausted! I'm breastfeeding her every 2-4 hours throughout the night. She doesn'l like to be put down much for any reason - she doesn't even like her car seat. I have to "wear" her in a sling!

Needing Recipe Ideas for Feeding 1-Year-old

I am seriously in need of some creative ideas to feed my 1-year-old. So many people have just told me to "feed him what I eat"...but in my current situation (my husband is deployed and we don't have any other children), I'm not likely to cook a full meal. So I need healthy ideas for things to cook for him that will not require too much time/planning/preparation on my part, but still offer him a wide variety of foods/textures. My Kids STILL Wet the Bed!

My 5 yr old daughter and 6 yr old son still wet the bed. They are of course potty trained and have been for YEARS but they cant seem to control their bladders at night. I used to think they were just lazy until this past week my daughter was sleeping next to me while I read a book and suddenly the bed got wet, she was still sound asleep. I have tried limiting their fluid intake before bed time and have them go to the bathroom before bed every night but they still seem to wet the beds EVERY night. Joint Party for Boys 15 Years Apart

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or suggestions on how to do a joint party. I have 2 sons who share the same exact birthday but are 15 years apart. My oldest will be 16 and the baby will of course be one. Just not sure how to go about it. We really can't afford to do two parties.
