Traveling with Almost 2 Year Old- Travel and Mattress Question

So I think I have mustered up the courage to drive from Florida to New york for 4-5 weeks this summer and visit with my parents. Questions 1: Any tips for managing such a long drive with a 2 and 6 year old besides movies and video games? Questions 2: When I get there I am not sure of where to put my 2 year old to sleep. Formal Hairstyle for Short Hair (Angled Bob)

I just cut my hair last week and LOVE it, but now I'm a little bit stressed because I have a black tie wedding to attend in 3 weeks and I don't know what to do for a hairstyle. Cribs, Car Seats, Bob Revolution, Nordic Cab? Ugggg.

Anyone have a car seat, baby jogger, stroller, crib, glass baby bottles, co-sleeper....any product for a new baby.... that they love? I am overwhelmed by the choices. We are looking for excellent quality and as non toxic, as possible. I understand many of the paints, glues are not good for the baby! Organic is great! I was looking at the Bob Revolution baby jogger, and some kind of car seat that would fit into that for the first several months of use. Also, Nordic Cab's Sport Combo jogger. LL Bean shows both. Chewing on Hair!

My daughter use to chew on her hair, so we cut it so she couldn't chew on it. After a good 6-9 months of no hair chewing, we started to let it grow out. She was great about not chewing on it, but in the last two months, she is constantly chewing on it. I try to remind her not to do it, but it doesn't help. So, do I take her and get all of her hair cut short? She really wants long hair, so the back is long, with layers around her face that are shorter. We can't keep the back the length it is without her having a mullet, so I'm not sure...

Too Early to Potty Train?

My son is 21 months old and refuses to stop pulling off his diapers. He has even gone as far as to poop on the floor twice. He has peed on the floor many times. The problem is that he won't tell me WHEN he has to go so I can potty train him. He doesn't go to the bathroom and if I put him on his potty, he doesn't do anything in the potty. To Vaccine or Not to Vaccine...

Can you please give me your experience and advice on vaccinations. I have a dear friend with an autism child. He started showing signs of it a little bit after his MMR vaccine. I've heard so many different things about vaccinations. My 2 year old has had all of his and my 17 month old is due for his 18 month vaccines but I'm not sure I want him to have them all at the same time or at all. Good Large Print Books for Bedtime Reading for 3 Year Old

Can folks recommend any good Large Print (or at least black font on white background) books for bedtime reading for a 3 year old? In so many of the books that we have, the font is tiny, or it is obscured by a dark background, so it is hard for my son to make out the letters, and sometimes for me, too. Thanks. best, P.

New Years and Loss

Biggest Loser Show-Just for Fun....

Does anyone else that watches the Biggest Loser think it should be Conda going home? I think the aqua team got the raw end of the deal.
