So i'm a little down because for four weeks now i've been dieting, only 1200 calories a day..and sometimes i don't reach that, i'm doing zumba for an hour plus walking two miles (5 days a week) and i haven't lost a pound, i still feel the same and my clothes feels the same! i don't know whats going on.
