Looking for Alternative Medicine for Ezcema

Does anyone know of a topical over the counter lotion that is good for excema? I would really like something without steroids that is natural for my 2 year old.

- i use aveeno with oatmeal for sensitive skin, but i'm not sure how bad the excema is, my son's is not too bad but this stuff has worked wonders.
- I think baby Aquaphor would work great you can buy it at any drugstore in the lotion area. It is made by Eucerin.
