I use Zoya and bought it on Amazon. The colors were amazing and it lasted better than any other nail polish I've tried. Highly recommend it!
I would like to try Non-Toxic Nail Polish and the Remover but
I don't know where to get it at. So my question is, where can I
buy Non-Toxic Nail Polish and Remover at?
Thank you ladies.

I have bought this for my daughter and have used it myself.
Amazon has it too.
You may have to order it on line. I have seen some here in a small kids' specialty shop. That is the only place I've seen it. You can get acetone free nail polish remover at Target and pretty much everywhere though.
I also use Zoya, and they make removers too. I know Ulta carries some colors. I have bought off Zoya's website several times. I also am a fan on Facebook to keep up on special promos.
I like the brand Butter.. They have really cool colors.. and Zoya...
Hmmm.
It seems even some products advertised as 'non toxic' still have some toxic stuff in them.

But maybe this product line isn't too bad:

Zoya is a natural nail polish. Don't know about removers.
Piggy paint sells both
Added I have heard Walmart sells it but I've only ever bought it online
There's not "non toxic" per se. There's "less toxic". I still don't let my DD eat her nail polish. I buy Zoya when they have sales.
I'm not sure about 100% non-toxic, but Whole Foods sells a couple of brands that are less toxic. I've heard of a company out of new york whose line is truly non toxic, but I don't recall the brand name. Try searching nail polish and remover on the skin deep website.
