WFD Tuesday? Do You Need Ideas?

What's for dinner tonight? If you need ideas, check this thread out. If you want a recipe for something you see, just ask!

I'm making baked chicken and rice using a homemade cream of chicken soup (and I used lactose-free milk!). A side will likely be green beans or sweet corn. We need to go grocery shopping badly.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

I'm envious about the enchiladas. That has to make my rotation in the next week. And I'm supposed to be planning to reduce my gluten to see if I'm sensitive to it. ::sigh::

Ok, so I merged two recipes from AllRecipes.com and subbed the milk in the cream of chicken soup for lactose-free milk. I also obviously subbed the condensed cream of chicken and broccoli soup for homemade cream of chicken soup. My only change would be to maybe half-cook the rice first before baking. It was a really good and filling supper and didn't take too much time.

Honestly we are doing pizza tonight, its been a long day for mommy, and daddy. Tomorrow will be chicken with something. I am really bad about planning my meals ahead, I usually just wing it.

I seared a pork roast and then roasted it with potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and green beans. I also spread garlic and mustard on top of the pork. I love those all in one dinners, just throw in the oven, 45 min. to an hour and dinner is done!
