Hi mamas! I have a question for any of you that are/has been on Slim4life! My husband and I just joined this last week and are realizing how expensive their vitamins are, etc (of course they dont tell you that when signing up).. how important are these to plan? Or can you just get your own vitamins/fish oils, etc and take those and stay on their plans that they put you on?
Thanks in advance :)
Thanks everyone :)

Any diet plan that requires you to buy supplements or their brand of processed food is not a good one.
Instead of buying his own pills, he should drop this fad diet and look into one that works solely with real food choices.
I have never done Slim4Life but I have found a supplement that I've been taking that is fabulous! More energy, more focus and it has reduced my cravings. It contains three natural herbs plus an enzyme blend that helps your body to absorb the vitamins in the foods you eat. If you're taking vitamin PILLS you are wasting your money. I have info from Physician's Desk Ref that shows you only absorb 15-30% and a lot of that is the outer coating. Waste of money. If you were getting full benefit, that's one thing. If they are selling you a whole bunch of products to increase their sales, that's a red flag. Products should be guaranteed for 30 days, and you should have clinical data backing up their claims. My feeling is you aren't going to get it - there are probably only 2-3 companies in the US that can do that.
And you won't get it form GNC either. You need a company that keeps track of its customer base and provides follow-up.
