I've been waiting to recommend our real estate agent for years! Her name is Pam Pekoc and she works with Baird and Warner out of their office on Lincoln. Her number is ###-###-####. She mostly works in the city, but she just helped us buy a house in the suburbs. My husband and I love her--she's professional, shows up on time, a good, clear communicator, neutral about the houses she shows you--doesn't try to sell you on something just to sell it. I highly recommend her.

We used Steve Hobbs to purchase our home one year ago. Since then I referred a friend to him who just bought a home that he has showed them through him. We both bought in Chicago. I can't say enough great things. When my husband and I were looking, we couldn't even narrow down the neighborhoods very well. We looked at 3 flats, single family homes and condos all over the city.
