I absolutely LOVED our realtor when we bought our house. She was fantastic, patient, had a great sense of humor, and was so easy to work with. Her name is Renee Johnson and when we worked with her, she was with ReMax, but she's now with Exit Realty Executives.

One thing I will recommend though is to look on www.lendingtree.com, even if you're not planning on getting a mortgage through them. That's how we found Renee and even though our mortgage was from somewhere else, we got a big bonus when we bought our home because we used the realtor that they recommended (we had to buy a $100 membership to Costco, but we ended up getting a check from them for $1700 when we closed).
