Need a Stress Reliever Please

Seeking opinions for a stress reliever. I am extremely stressed out with work, work, school, having everyone call for "mommy", and my husband wanting time too. I need an idea of what and where to go that is fun, cheap, and will rid some stress. I have tried aroma therapy and it literally stinks for me. Does anyone have some ideas?

What can I do next?

how about a spa pedicure? i like the pedicures better than a massage. i also have taken myslef out to dinner/lunch. i like to walk around the botanical gardens or the art museum. they are quiet. a good yoga class does the trick. try yoga source on big bend, or big bend yoga on lockwood/n. gore. i am not a big exercise freak, but always feel much better after i get my body moving. local rec centers and the ymca have some great classes.

i really like a two martini lunch with a friend.

i think it is wondeful to take a little "me" time.

I know you are going to think I am absolutely crazy...but found it worked for me...Walking for 30 minutes several times a week..it was cheap and got rid of a lot of stress..my problem is MAKING the time for me...Also...my daughter preaches to me...."Learn to say NO" ...(laughing)..it is hard but you got to think of yourself...sorry I don't have a place to go..but if you find it...let me know...I'd like to go too...
