I am sitting here amazed you asked how to pronounce something to a bunch of people that can only type. I am also impressed at how well people managed with the obvious handicap. :p
You know, that potato noodle looking food that you can find near the pasta?
I'm so glad I asked. I've been pronouncing it guh-notch-ee lol.
Ciao all!

Nyo-kee...
ETA ~ I come from an Italian family, so we eat lots of them, so I've always known how to pronounce it... but my son also loves Curious George, and the chef's cat on that show is also named Gnocchi, so I hear it all the time when my son watches that show! LOL
I always thought is was pronounced like.....No-Key.
"nyokee"--they're potato dumplings. Mmm!
ETA:
The "gno" makes a "nyo" sound with a silent "g".
The "cch" is pronounced as a hard "k".
The "i" is an "ee" sound as in "tree".
"nyo kee"
nyoh-kee
they're very tasty
Nyaw-kee. Like knockie but with a little 'y' after the "n"....I'm Italian too!
nyoa-key..............the o is sharp, the a is soft (thats the Italian accent in it) most people say it "no-key"
This has come in handy with my kids. after you type in the word you get the dictionary meaning, but you also get a pronunciation key and the word pronounced for you. Just click on the little noise symbol near the word and you will hear it pronounced.

olive garden employees here call it No-she, but it is no-key
We grew up pronouncing it as 'Knock EE'
GN in Italian takes the sound like ONION.. so say onion, then GNocchi..
Phonetically you would pronounce it "Knee-yo-key." Yummy!!
