P.K.
My dry cleaner cleans UGG boots. That's why I would never buy very expensive boots for kids. They get dirty. They are kids. I'm not even sure if I would spend the money to get them cleaned. They will only get dirty again.
I have expensive UGG boots which have their first stain (my dd's boots). Paid a ton of money for these, so we're trying to keep them nice. I don't know what the stain is, but we tried cleaning it with a damp cloth and scraping the stain, but it's still there.
I don't want to get them really wet because it might ruin the nap of the boot.
Any suggestions?

If they are expensive, I wouldn't take a chance - I'd take them to an experienced shoe repair shop and let them work on them. We have a little old-fashioned shop in our town, and I even took a pair of my husband's good leather shoes in for polishing. They look fabulous and much better than what I could have done at home. It's worth preserving your investment.
Ugg makes care products for the boots.

We have a shoe/bag cleaning kit. It has a suede cleaner in it and a spray protector specifically for suede. We got it at the shoe store.
I was successful in cleaning a suede bag which had gotten very dark stains on the bottom.
try hydrogen peroxide.
i bought my husband some UGG slippers. i can't remember if i bought the cleaner separate or it came with them, but UGG makes their own cleaning products that work very well on their footwear.
if you're going to invest in something as expensive as UGG boots, why not invest a little more in the very products formulated to work on them?
