I just wanted to say what a wonderful thing you are doing for your friend. It can't be easy going through all of it knowing you are giving the child to someone else at the end. I had thought about doing it for my cousin but decided I just could not handle giving it to them at the end. I am just not that selfless, I am ashamed to say. Keep an open comunication and pray alot. I just wish I could be a gestational surrogate for a friend or stranger for that matter- it is an amazing gift....
