Hi moms. Has anyone tried the Tony Horton 10 minute trainer? Does it work? Was it a waste of money? Or did you like it? I have been exercising and losing weight. This seems like an interesting system. But I don't want to waste my money on the next "new gimick" if it doesn't work. Thanks in advance for your help and advice.

Hi P.! I don't know about the 10 minute program, but I love Power 90x that Tony Horton has. He is legit and offers good workouts. I am a follower of his products and see good results with his workouts. You won't be wasting your money. Good luck!

I own it, I bought if off ebay, lot cheaper! I love it, I get bored easily, so I switch that up with a lot of other stuff too. I have a lot of Tony Horton videos though. THey are all very good. Results will vary, they also give you a diet plan to follow to lose the most weight. I only need to lose like 5 pounds, so it will be harder for me, if someone needed to lose a larger amount of weight, you would see results. I do at least 30 minutes of workout though, dont just do one, it tells you which videos to do together to get the best results!

I have the original Power 90 DVD another poster mentioned, and have the 10 minute trainer. I love both. Tony is a fantastic trainer and really gets you motivated to do the workouts. He jokes around but is also serious so that you do the workout correctly but can also follow at your own pace. Plus, with the 10 minute trainer, you can switch up the workouts so it is not the same.

Hi P.. I got one of the first Tony Horton Power 90 DVDs that deals with cardio and sculpt and loved it!! I used it to build more muscle because I'm already small but had no muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. My DVD was a 30 minute work out that included a 10 minute warm up and cool down and I did it for 2 months straight and noticed a difference right away! My arms were more toned and defined and my legs actually had a quad muscle! So the DVD you want is different but I like Tony's workout and think it will work for you too!

Its an ok workout program. My suggestion is that you make sure you have a lot of room for the workout. I didn't know that for some of the exercises they want you to attach the exercise bands to a door and I didn't have room for that and some of the other exercises. Hope that helps.
