Donating Business Suits for Woman's Group in Need

I have some very nice business suits from a dear friend who is gone, and none fit me right. I tried to sell them at a consignment store with no luck. I would love to donate them to a group that helps women that are in need maybe for job interviews, etc. They are very nice suits so I don't really want to just give them to Goodwill, Salvation Army those sorts of places. Does anyone know if there is a group near Keller, North RIchland Hills, Roanoke, Watauga areas that does this sort of thing for women I could donate them to? I wouldn't even mind driving to Fort Worth or Mid-Cities areas if I knew there was a group that could get these to women that need them. Please give me address, phone and/or contact info for groups - you can PM if you would like. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Check with your church or churches in your area for the Christian Women's Job Corps. I know there is one in Arlington. It is affiliated with Mission Arlington and does a wonderful job. They have a closet for professional clothing for their students.

The Ladder Alliance. It is in North Fort Worth. It provides training and skills for women to re-enter workplace or go into workforce for first time. The store is what they use to reward the women for completing assignments, accomplishing different tasks, ect. They get to shop with their credits.
Check em out. However, call before you go to drop off. I went one day and no one was around (but it was close to a holiday, etc).
Very worthy and better than just dumping at a shelter where women may or may not need business attire. These gals really, really need for their new life!
Best,

Google an organization called Dress for Success to see where they have locations in DFW. They give gently used business clothes to underprivileged women who need them for interviews/jobs.

I would agree with Christy--The Ladder Alliance is a phenomenal organization that assists "at-risk" women. I have been very involved with this organization and it has been amazing to see the fruit of their labor!. You can ask for Sharon Cox if you choose to contact them.

They have a great program that helps abused women acquire job skills and get back into the workforce to stand on their own.
