Just for kicks and to hear what you guys think. In a conference room luncheon with no assistant and majority men, should the women managers/mom clear the left overs from the table?

What can I do next?

Oh hell no! You pick up your own stuff and if the men leave it sit there, that's on them. Good luck!

No way. That what admins are for! If there is no admin asst, EVERYONE should clean up their own mess. You're not THEIR M.!

Absolutely not. Grown folks should be responsible for removing their plates from the table unless other instructions have been given.

Hi, A:

Make an announcement before the conference that after the meal we
need help from everyone to clean up.
Just a thought.

Nope, women should not automatically assume the role of a maid. In this scenario, I would have to agree that everyone should clean up after themselves.

Everyone should pick up after themselves. If the men don't, just pick up your own plate and dump it.
