What little I know about wheatgrass, it is used for the digestive system. You may want to do some research on what wheatgrass is and how to use and benefit from it.
I am growing it ....juicing it .....it is not very good but I have been told it is very good for you. Anyone else here doing this?

I buy Green Magma, Dehydrated Barly Grass juice (sold at Health food stores) that you mix 1-2 tbs. into white grape juice or any kind of juice. I have given it to my 3 year old since June and he has only had 1 cold (I promise!). He has a little bit everyday in his apple juice. He has been on trips on planes, he goes to preschool, and he has only been sick one in the last 7 mos. I am a firm beliver this stuff works. It is great for immunity boosting and digestion.
very interesting...i've never done it. so keep me posted as to what you learn about juicing wheat grass. how does it taste? like what? i juice alfalfa and blend it with pineapple or orange juice. it tastes great! and it's super healthy for you.
It is awesome for you. I am so curious as to how you are growing it. My sister is a personal trainer and one of my dear friends is a natural nutrition consultant with a naturopathic doctorate. My teen children and I are on the path to eating "raw". We juice every morning - carrot, apple, lemon - with kale and celery optional. I'm getting an Excaliber dehydrator to make the raw version of Wheat Thins, corn chips, and some healthy sweet treats among other things. The holidays sidetracked us but we're getting back to healthier choices. If you would like support send me your email.
I've gone to a health food store and purchased wheatgrass "shots"...very beneficial for you...I like to get them when I put in a lot of miles during intense marathon training. I've never grown it or juiced it, it isn't the tastiest thing on the planet but considering all the health benefits, I can usually get past the taste! One thing is for sure, I don't think I would be able to get my kids to drink it...let me know if you have any secrets to help with that!
