TOO Much Milk for a 1 Year Old?

Hello, I was wondering if it's possible for a 1 year old to have TOO much milk? We just recently had Lilia's 12 month appt., and her pediatrician not only said to have her off the bottle by her 15 month appointment, but to also not allow her to drink any more than 16 oz. of cow's milk a day. I had also heard this prior from a couple other mothers, since they can get other sources of calcium from other foods, so I didn't think to question her at the time. Bad Thoughts in Back of Mind Regarding Amnio Results

Ok so here is my problem. When I was about 16 weeks pregnant, I had quad screen results saying I had a 1:18 chance of having a baby with Downs. I had a second quad screening done with more abnormal results also. Long story short, I had an amnio done and the results came back normal. I still can't help to think that my baby will come out with something wrong. Im due in early December and keep worrying about this. Anyone know how accurate amnios are or have any similar experiences?

9 Month Old Grinding Her Teeth

My 9 month-old has her top and bottom two teeth and has for about a month. Lately, she has started grinding them together. Apart from the horrible noise it makes (yikes) it cannot be good for those little choppers. I've tried gently telling her "no" and putting my finger in between when she does it but that doesn't seem to be helping. We're trying to wean her away from her paci (only for naps and nightime) so I hate giving it to her but it does stop her from grinding. Thanks for All Your Advice!!!

My 5.5 month old daughter has her first sickness--diarrhea since Friday. We took her to urgent care and they said it is probably rotavirus. I just wanted to know if anyone has any advice on how to get her to drink fluids--she hates anything other than her formula and she won't even drink that very much. I am currently giving her lactinex granules in her formula to help her stomach combat the virus (doctor told me to do this). Also, she has developed a pretty nasty diaper rash so any advice on curing and helping this would be appreciated...

Not Enough in the Boobs

My sweet little munchkin is in daycare all day, and they have recently requested that i send more in his bottles. He is almost four months old and is totally on track for weight (what a chunky monkey he is). I can only pump twice in my dimly lit slightly seedy looking closet at work. Munchkin Fresh Food Teether

Hello, my little boy just turned 7 months old. I received a two pk. of the Munchking mesh fresh food teethers for my shower and have still yet to use them. My baby is eating stage 2 foods three x's/day and loves it! He is also heavily teething right now. I am not sure what to put in this thing. I have heard strawberries, but not sure of what else.
