Does anyone have any products that worked for dry patches on abies face. My 6 month old has this reoccuring dry patch and sometimes it looks horrible. I'm not sure if it itches her or not. The Dr. said to try some creme, duh. I have tried Aveeno, This Johnson ans Johnson balm for patchy skin, Burts baby bees and none of it helped. Anyone have a magic potion to share?

My 4 month old baby has eczema. No matter what I use, it doesn't seem to take it away. It always comes back and when it flares up it is really bad.
