Nutramigen Ready to Feed or Powdered....

IS NUTRAMIGEN LIQUID DIFFERENT FROM NUTRAMIGEN POWDER? My 1 month old son has acid reflux so spitt up and gas are a Huge deal in my house. Her pedi just switched him to Nutramigen/ rice cereal to help with spitt up and colic. Before he was on similac advance/rice cereal but the liquid kind. I tried the powdered similac advance and it made him spitt up even more. Today I tried the powdered nutramigen and sure enough he spitt up a lot. Is the liquid one any different than the powdered one?

Advice About Hypoallergenic Formula

Has anyone had success getting an infant to drink Allimentum? And/or has anyone had an infant who had problems with it? My breastfed 6 month old is allergic to milk/soy and our only formula option is hypoallergenic...she will drink 2 oz at most of this stuff - in the past she has rejected other formulas and ultimately we determined it was b/c they didn't agree with her (i.e. made her violently ill in a few cases). Neocate or Nutramigen?

My daughter has been exclusively breastfed for six months. However, I am 8 weeks pregnant again and I am having a hard time meeting her demands. I feed her five to six times a day but at night she is just not satisfied with just me. My milk production is not what it used to be. Has Anyone Tried Enfamil Nutramigen Formula?

We have been having problems with my 7 month old son throwing up real bad and I took him to the doctor on Friday and they determined that he was still having issues with his acid reflux and they also wanted to switch his formula to see if maybe he is having a reaction to milk proteins. They put him on Enfamil Nutramigen and that stuff is horrible! It smells really bad and tastes even worse, my son refused several times to drink it even when he was hungry, personally I don't blame him. Well my husband and I thought we would give soy a shot....

From Soy Formula to Soy Milk?

Hi Mom's, My daughter is 14 months old. When she was about 3 months I switched her to soy formula due to acid reflux and gas. I had some of the same issues with my other 2 kids so I felt comfortable going to a soy based formula(which my pedi agreed). When she turned 1 I started giving her cows milk.
