What Are Your Techniques for Sticking to a New Eating Plan?
Hello! I need to lose about 50-60 lbs. I fail miserably every time I try to get started. I am the queen of excuses for why I can't stick to a healthier lifestyle. I use food as an emotional crutch and have for most of my life. There have been times that I've been able to lose weight and keep it off, but since having my kids, It's stayed on and I'm sick of being fat.
