Why Am I Not Losing Any Weight

I have recently started working out. I do 45 minutes on the eliptical at least 3 times a week. I have been doing this for 5 weeks. I have not lost any weight and I have not gone down any size at all. I am not eating any more than usual and I do not have any medical issues. I recently went to the doctor and had blood work done. I am very disturbed about this. I feel like it is all a waste of time. I will not give up, but when will I see some results? Does it normally take this long to see something happen? Any suggestion would be greatly...

Going Gluten Free...

Hi all, I am finally giving in and trying the gluten free path of life. I started on Tuesday and so far its going ok, I have gotten Udi's buns and bagels, so I'm doing ok with the bread thing. But, I am really struggling with not being able to eat my frosted shredded wheat, it was my go to snack for myself and the kids. Obviously the kids can still have it, but I am missing that quick go to snack with the touch of sweetness. The other thing I am really missing are my graham crackers with cinnamon.
