Seeking Advice with Solid Foods and Formula

I have a healthy six month old son (20 lbs, 28 in long already at this age) who recently started eating solid foods. Up until that point, he was drinking Similac w/ Early Shield formula and rice cereal twice a day (he's had the same formula since he was two months old when I stopped breastfeeding, started the rice cereal at 4 months). We started with bananas for about a week, no problems. Similac Advance Early Shield and Very Loose Explosive Bowel Movements

Hi, my 4 month old daughter has been on similac early shield since the end of november. First she was on the premixed and now(for about 2-3 weeks) has been on the powder. Ever since I switched her to early shield, she has very very loose poop, so bad that I once had to cut her onesies off to prevent all the poop from getting in her hair.
