Diapering Options? FLUSHABLE GDIAPERS?

Hello! I have a 5 month old boy and have been using gdiapers, they are actually new to the US from Australia and are flushable! yes really flushable! My question is does anyone else have another option that is not so much work as cloth but not as bad as disposable diapers (it takes 500 years for 1 diaper to disintegrate, thats to much guilt for me!)similar to the gdiapers? (gdiapers.com) I LOVE the g's but just want to experiment with other possible options. thanks!

Baby Has Hard Bowel Movements

I have a happy one year old daughter who has always had problems with harder than normal bowel movements. When she was just a few months old we had to put her on sorbital(sugar water). I hated having to do this and started feeding her prunes and other foods that I thought would help. She's now drinking milk and it's gotten worse. She's not constipated she actually goes 4-5 times a day, but it's in rabbit pellet form. Diaper Pail Recommendations?

We currently use the Safety First Odorless Diaper Pail. That pail was okay at first for keeping in the smell, but lately, it hasn't been doing it's job. We have changed it's disk (that makes it fresh) and it doesn't seem to help. My son has been on solid foods for almost a year now so I don't think it's stronger smelling movements (or could it be?). What Should I Do for Diaper Rash?

I think my 2 month old son has some diaper rash on the inside of his thighs and his lower stomach above his diaper. I have never seen or felt diaper rash so I'm not sure if that is what it is. The skin is bumpy and feels leathery. I have applied some A+D Ointment on it but I'm not seeing a difference. Do any other moms have any suggestions of anything else I should be applying? Which Diapers Do You Use?

Hello all, So I was wondering which brands of diapers you all have tried or use? My husband and I are looking for cheaper brands and trying them out. We tried the Costco brand diapers and thought they worked well but they seemed to irritate my daughters bottom. I do not mind paying top dollar for diapers if she doesn't get a rash.
