HELP! I Tried the Cry-it-out Method and I Think I Traumatized My Baby
Moms, I feel terrible! I decided last week that I was going to give the cry-it-out method a try. My daughter is 11 months old, and I nurse her to sleep. She wakes roughly 2-3 times a night. I used to nurse her to sleep then carefully transfer her to her crib. The first time she woke up at night, I would put her in bed with us, and then nurse her quickly back to sleep.
