Moby Wrap for Newborn

Hello again, I asked a question a while back about a baby carrier but didn't ask about the Moby. We have a very fussy 2 week old baby and am looking to get a carrier to try and console her more. Does the Moby work well? Is it a pain to put on? Tips and advice? Thanks so much...
