Sleep Problem with 9-Month Old :(
My daughter was sleeping fine and going to bed drowsy on her own for nap and overnight. But a few weeks ago, her father and I split up and me and the baby are staying with my parents. She had a really tough transition, but she is doing better. Since she was having trouble going down to sleep, I allowed her to fall asleep nursing. She was waking up 5-6 times a night at first, and I was allowing her to nurse to get back to sleep then as well. I know those are things that I shouldn't have allowed.
