Advice on Co-sleeping; to or Not To?
My 7 mo old still isn't sleeping through the night. No matter what she eats or whether she naps during the day or not, she wakes up at least twice at night. She's usually up around 1am and 3am. Sometimes when she's up around 5 or 6 she'll go back back to bed, but not always. Since she was born, she's only slept for a 5 or 6 hour block 4 times. My friend yesterday suggested co-sleeping, but I've only heard negative things about it.
