I pretty sure all the 24 hr fitness places have a daycare. You may want to check them out.
I went through a spout of depression with my older, abusive boys, and I ended up comfort eating and gained about 30 lbs.
Since I am an older mom to a little girl (second family after my boys), I want to stay healthy for her.
Does anyone know where I can rent a treadmill for a few months?
OR
Does anyone know of an exercise place that I can take my 3 yr old twice a day that will be good to her and take care of her. I am on Sunnyside Rd. so it would have to be close.
Thanks in advance.

I'm sure people mentioned 24 hour fitness- I don't use the daycare for my 2 yr old bc he gets no attention! I'd look on craigslist and just buy a used one- It may only last a yr or two but it's less expensive than renting. I just got one and love it. I think you are on the right track- Exercise cures a lot of things like depression/mood
Good luck

Why don't you just go on to Craiglist and buy a used one? If you rent one, it's not going to be new anyway.
24 Hour Fitness has daycare that costs something like $3.99 for two hours max each day or $19.99 a month unlimited.
There is a 24Hour Fitness on Sunnybrook Blvd that also has daycare. The initial sign up may cost a bit (you have to pay registration, initiation, first and last month dues) but the monthly cost is $25-$30. Daycare is additional but not unreasonable. They have most every machine you can think of, weights, great classes and trainers. I highly recommend it, and good job getting back into shape.
