Hey ladies,
I just got an invitation to the wedding of a friend who is getting married for the second time, and it will be the second time for her future spouse also. I asked where they were registered and the said no where, they don't need anything. I want to get something but I am not sure what. Any suggestions??
Thank you,
L.

A really good gift basket with spa stuff is romantic and stimulates massages and "hunny" time. My home business has a great massage oil, I even put the gift baskets together. I have also bought personalized soap from Pottery Barn and gave it with a pretty glass bowl for display.

I recently had a some friends wed and got them one of these:

Both bride and groom already had children from their previous marriages and that was perfect for them. They LOVED it and it brought the two familes together in a way. She can also do a picture with just a bride and groom with the new last name at the top with the wedding date on it too. I've ordered several of these from her and she's great and the wall hangings will be cherished. The best aprt about it is it is unique and she's a local mom just like us so you're shopping close to home!!

High thread count sheets (600+ tc - you can get these at Marshall's for around $50). I give these to people all the time. You would not believe how appreciative people are when they get a great sheet set.

I like the sheet set idea. I love getting things like that.

I've heard of a place where you can get a privately labeled bottle of wine for a couple. Not sure where to start on that because I just heard of it.

Are they going on a honeymoon? Perhaps she'll give you the details and you can do something for them at the hotel.

My sister-in-law ordered a bottle of champagne on ice and a bowl of strawberries for us. It was a nice surprise. You could arrange a great deal of things w/the hotel...buy them breakfast, dinner, appetizers, massages, etc.

Google "of the month" gifts - you can get fruit, chocolate, jelly beans, flowers, almost anything. Depending on your budget, it's the gift that keeps on giving - monthly, quarterly, etc. I did it for my mom-in-law's birthday one year. She really liked it, and what's nice, is the people think about you every month when they get the next installment - without you having to do anything! - I found this site on google http://www.club-offers.com/

I gave this to a couple that got married last Saturday. The top line said "The Wilson Pad" ;bottom line said "Sarah and Mark" Don't know if they liked it or not but everyone who saw it at my house prior to the wedding LOVED it :-)

I am not sure what your budget is either, but a gift certficate ti a nice restaurant they both like would be nice...Husbands and wives love going to dinner together, especially us wives because we get a night off from cooking...LOL, good luck to you. Also if you are looking to maybe get something spiritual there is a store called " Mardols" in Denton and it is a Christian store that has "EVERYTHING". House decor, paintings, jewlery, books, educational things that you could buy for your sunday school class as well. They have a neat little section that has little toys and pencils and bracelets and bounce balls and all kinds of goodies like that with nice sayings on them like " smile Jesus loves you" or God loves you, and they are 10 for a $1.00 and it is great for sunday school class for you to pass out to the children. Just thought I would let you know about that as well since you are a Sunday school teacher and I think that is soooo awesome...good luck and God bless
