Hello fello mommies!! :) As you know it is starting to get hot again!! :( So I am not going to be able to go on my morning walks for much longer! I desperately need someone to work out with! I never have the motivation to do it alone, and my husband is so sceptical of me joining a gym. He thinks that I am going to just be waisting money... yeah, yeah, wah wah!! ;) So this is what I like/can do: anything, but run! I hurt when I run. So I don't know if anyone has any ideas... or is also looking for a work out buddy... let me know! :) Thank you! :)

What can I do next?

Hi:

If youa re looking to work out at home, you can go to this link:

All of these videos have been reviewed by ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified instructors. They rate their favorites, and they have a huge variety.

I hope this helps.

I totally understand. I go to the gym, the monthly fee is really not bad at all ($24/month). I also have a friend who runs a bootcamp on weekends and she is really good. She is my personal trainer. Her name is Wendy Thomas. check out her website at http://www.shapeuptraining.com/. Also, I have an excellent friend who teaches yoga. She does them several times a week and she is awesome. She also has a session called Me and MiniMe. I like bringing my daughter to this class since she loves it. Her website is www.breatheyogaaz.com. Let me know if you would like to get together, it would be nice to have an exercise partner. Good luck! Lorrinda.

I hear you about the heat! UGH. You might try buying a DVD to do at home for a while. That way you avoid the heat, and can do it with the boys around too. Plus you aren't getting a gym membership right way until you're sure you're ready to go regularly.

I hear ya about the heat! I go to a cardio kickboxing class at a karate school. If this is something you might want to try, just send me a message and I can get details for you.
