OMG. I just asked the same question online. My paragraph looks identical to yours. It is so refreshing to see that I am not crazy.
I have 2 year old twins boy/ girl and they are doing the exact same thing. My daughter bites my son so badly, and once got him in the cheek and it bled.
Someone at school, the psychologist, suggested that I try using a timer. When the timer goes off, the next child gets to play with that toy.
Praise like crazy for good behavior and patience. I also gave them their own couple of toys. So those, they don't have to share if they don't want to. I figured that if I had siblings of different ages, they would have their own toys, so it is only fair that my twins have some toys to call their own.
I will try it too. I haven't yet.
But I have tried to give them individual attention more often now.
If you figure anything out, please email me and let me know. I just had my baby sitter comment how horrible they can be with each other. She spend half of the day on Monday putting them in separate time outs for stealing toys away from each other or wrestling the other one to the ground for something. I feel your frustration.
Good luck and keep me posted.

Are you in the Lewes, De area? I would love to make playdates with other twin moms. For some reason, moms of mulitiples just get what I am going through more than my friends of singletons. haha
