I have individual couonselling 2 days a week, marriage counselling once every other week, and a group I attend every week and family counselling once a week. Is to much therapy hindering our progress individually or is it hindering us as a family dynamic?

What can I do next?

That's a lot of counseling. It could hinder any of those sessions, not just individual. Most of all, it will be very overwhelming. The idea is to give your brain down time inbetween sessions and ponder what has been discussed. Also, with different counselors, are they giving the same attention, same advice, same "homework", etc. Why so much counseling? Is each counselor aware of all the other sessions you have? If so, do they consult each other? I think you need to discuss your concerns with each of your counselors and family members.

I would check in with each of your counselors for their input. I really have no idea, but to me, the more you talk things through, the better, I think. Good luck!

Only you can answer that.
But here's what I see when I read this: a heavy load of counseling.
I firmly believe in individual & marriage counseling. I think with the right,
qualified professionals you can make change couple dynamic & really
work on oneself.
So this many sessions could be overload or conflicting. You could always
remain w/individual and couples counseling adding back the others if
needed.

You need to ask your counselors that. Each one may feel differently about where you are with the issues they are addressing. Are you just going to counseling or are you applying what you are learning? Are you putting more energy into counseling than your family?

Personally I think its wonderful that you are able to access so much counseling for yourself and your family. You just need to write down your goals and discuss them with your primary therapist and make sure he/she are helping you spearhead this and reach your goals in each area. I wish you lots of luck!!
