I ordered my daughter the InStyler for Christmas, she tried it out early and it did not work. I sent it back to the Manufactoure and they sent out another one, it does not work either. The hair dresser that did all the girls hair in between dance numbers used one and my daughter loved it. If anyone has one and it works great an you let me know where you ordered it from? I ordered the first one from Finger Hut, I have been ordering from there for about 30 years with no issues, I would appreciate any experiences out there. J.
I got mine at Walmart. I don't remember exact cost there (around $90) but I rmember that it was $10 cheaper than at Target at the time. Love it! Good luck.
My friend bought hers from Target and she loves it. Her hair looks great when she uses it too.
Got ours at Ulta. Love it! It takes a bit of getting used to but the more I play the the easier it gets. I have shoulder length fine and very curly hair, my daughter has very long hair with stubborn curls and waves, and my other daughter has thick straight hair and it works great on all of us. I rarely go in for the stuff I see on TV but I took a chance on this one and I'm glad I did. Enjoy!
I'm told you can get one at Bed Bath and Beyond and use your 20% off coupon and if you don't like it you can return it. I don't have one and haven't done it, but this is what my sister heard from a friend of hers because she wants to try it as well.

My hubby bought me mine at Target for about $90 I think. You're better off returning yours to Fingerhut (I used to LOVE them, but didn't even know they were still around) and gettting a refund and go get it at a local store (I know you've had a few mentioned here). With the s&h you pay through fingerhut, you'll probably come out ahead. Although, I think if you buy it at a regular store and have the same trouble (which you hopefully shouldn't) I think you have to return it directly to InStyler, not the store you bought it at. At least, that's what the box mine came in stated. Just an FYI. However, I doubt you'll have any problems.

You could try amazon? I had two. They were amazing but didn't last very long, had to throw the one out because it died on me and the other started getting this burnt smell coming out of it when you turned it on.
I got one as a gift and I love it! Works great. I've seen them at Target for around $99 I think. But I agree with Victoria, if you can get it at BBB with a 20% off coupon, it's well worth it!
