Most major department stores like Macy's will them. There are tons of places online if you google "toddler suits and ties" as well.

Go to "once upon a child" its a second hand childrens store. they will have them.
I seem to remember seeing Walmart carrying dress clothes at more than the holidays. It's been a bit since I looked but it can't hurt. Maybe check them online. I know the older boys sections sells shirts and ties all the time.
Sears, JCPenney, Babies R Us, Gymboree, Kohls... HTH
Target?
Babies R Us?
Children's world?
Try Burlington Coat Facotry
Any of the big name department /anchor stores...Sears, Kohls, JCPenney's. Also ToysRUS but I am not sure what size they go up to. Maybe The Children's Place, they occassionally have dress up clothes, but I think more often around holidays.
I can find them all over the place when I google suits for toddlers. The pants will most likely need to be hemmed so buy the size jacket he would need. I buy one size up due to our guy having a bigger body but still, he has shorter legs.
Do you have a Value Village near you (second hand and always in excellent
condition). They outgrow those clothes so quickly you might as well pay as little as possible for them.
