I have been ovulating the past two days and I started noticing some spotting this morning when I wipe. I don't know if this is normal or what. My husband and I had unprotected sex three nights ago and I don't know if that would have anything to do with it. We are planning on trying to have another baby soon. I am worried by this spotting that I might not really be ovuating or that something is wrong. Has anyone else had this happen??
Thank you all for your advice. I have been so worried about getting pregnant now because my due date would be right around Christmas. I don't even care anymore! I am just worried I wont even be able to get prenant now :(. I am going to call my doctor if this continues. Hopefully I wont have to.
No - it is normal. I have had this also. Sometimes you can spot when the egg is released. Watch it again next month and see if it happens, then talk to dr to be sure.
you need to relax and wait. you wont know for 7 days. plus you may be haing a period who knows. some spot before concieving some don't
If you have regular periods, it's most likely that the spotting is due to the dip in estrogen at ovulation time. It's important to get this checked out so you can rule out imbalances of other hormones that are important for getting pregnant (luteinizing hormone, progesterone). An imbalance of progesterone can cause mid-cycle bleeding. Have you ever spotted mid-cycle?
It seems too early for implantation bleeding. I suppose you'll know for sure in 2 weeks =)

it could also be implantation bleeding. just keep an eye on it and take a pregnancy test in a couple weeks.
