pedialite popsicles again sounds weird but you supply the baby some much needed nutrientes without the added sugars of gaterade and like propel however they are tons more expensive so it up to you and if ya do choose the gatorade or propel you have way more flavors to choose from and you can make your own popsicles from them to help with slowly help ya start feeling better soon
the BRAT diet B bananas R rice A applesauce T toast(dry toast)
very bland foods chicken boiled no spices, baked potoes (no toppings), crackers, oven baked foods againg no spices, turkey is also a good one because the blandness there are those deli meats at the store packaged or ask the butcher to slice it so it would be sandwich thickness again no seasoning
and there may be additives or presertives to maintain freshness causing the nausea so i tried with my son the health food store to get organic foods halped a lot and i was not as sick
NO RED MEAT use pork chops , chicked, turkey.... ect
