Hi, K.. Kube's Jewelry in Ft. Worth is who I've used. They are a family-owned and operated business and have been in business for years and years. They're over by TCU.
I use an Independent Gemstone Appraiser in NRH. His name is Dean Turner and he does it out of his home and he does it with you sitting there. His number is ###-###-####. You can tell him I referred you, S. South. He is very honest and trustworthy. He has appraised a lot of my jewelry.
You didn't say where you lived, but I use Richard's Custom Jewelery on Grapevine Hwy in Hurst. They are in the same shopping center as Tom Thumb just closer to Grapevine Hwy., but he is great! I have taken a lot of things to him and had him design a ring from broken jewelry. I'm in love with it! I also had him appraise several pieces and he was very professional and helpful. If you go tell hem Theresa sent you, he is wonderful!!!
Classique Jewelers on Preston in Frisco is who I've used for about 3 years.
I've used Kubes (near TCU) and Collections (in Saginaw). Both are very professional and reliable.
I use Collections in Saginaw they are awesome!
Jeff the Jeweler in Coppell, at Beltline and MacArthur. I have left heirlooms there to be appraised, be repaired, etc. They are very trustworthy and have a good security system. No worries.

Collections is Saginaw. They are the best!!!!!!!!!!!
I recommend researching different appraisers and jewelers on Pricescope. We utilized their resources when we got married for our rings and were so pleased with the company we used and the results.
