Try Saint Teresa's Catholic School. The new school is opening this year. We were going to send our kids there, but we ended up moving to San Antonio.
I would also recommend the School for Little Children at the Methodist church on Eldridge. The staff is great and the school is accredited with NAEYC. My first daughter attended the school and loved it. I'm planning to send my second one next year.
