Hi Ladies-
I'm taking the plunge and am leaving my full-time job to be a mommy to my 12-month old son. Now, I'm looking for a Mother's Day Out program for the fall in the Far North Dallas/South Plano area for him. He seems to love his daycare, so I'd like him to have one day a week where he can play with kids his age. I'm having trouble finding a program that will take 12 month olds. It seems like the all start with 18 months. A church-related one would be great! Any suggestions?

I'm extremely picky and over protective, but can recommend Unity Church of Dallas with no hesitation. It's on Forest halfway between Preston and Hillcrest. They are so loving and nurturing!

I love Christ UMC at Park and Coit in Plano. I don't know if they have any openings, but it is worth a phone call.
We love Canyon Creek Baptist's MDO. It is in Richardson, but just south of GBush and Custer.

Also, First Kids at First Baptist Church in Richardson has a great program as well. (just further east than CC)

They are having summer "Play Days" for $20 per day if you wanted to try it out and get a feel before school starts!
Congrats on your decision. My son has been attending MDO at Christian Life Assembly in far ear Carrollton since he was 8 months old. It is right on the border of southwest Plano. I started him there when I was working in far north Dallas so it really is pretty close to where you are looking. I am not sure if they have any openings still, but it is worth a shot. I highly recommend them and have had several friends all send their kids there and everyone loves them. www.clife.org
