Craig with CondoCare. He usually works in vacant homes, but depending on what you need he may be able to help. ###-###-#### Tell him E. at Goodloe referred you. He lives in Rowlett and he does a great job and is very reasonable. He usually beats all our other bids.
My husband was a wood-shop teacher for 7 years before taking his part-time contracting business full-time this past fall. He can do everything from a total house remodel to fixing your crooked cabinet door knobs. He makes bids on most jobs, but he also has an hourly rate. His website is: www.heritage-craftsmen.com or you can give him a call: ###-###-####. The website is new & not completely finished because he's been very busy working :) but you can see a few pictures on it.
I'm sure you can find cheaper labor, but he is very good and comes with many great references from teachers to some pretty prestigious clients. He does most of his work in Dallas, but since we live in Fate/Rockwall he's pretty close to you. I'm pretty proud of him!
Gary Anderson, his experience is several years building and managing new homes for DR Horton, and several years insurance repairs (i.e., flood, fire or smoke damage and wind/hail damage. He is slower than some I have used, but he is very particular and will not finish the job until it is right. He is a very big believer in word of mouth regarding his services.
His number is ###-###-####
