Maria is a personal friend from church and has the highest level of integrity and demands it from her employees as well. You can feel very comfortable that she will give you the fairest price and send in the best people to clean your home. The ladies who come to clean are very sweet. Some have limited English, but there is always one who speaks English well there (usually the crew is 2 or 3 ladies). They are efficient and throrough and very pleasant. Funny! I just responded to "Fina C" - right above her on the daily digest - and recommended to her that she start cleaning houses! She is a single mom of three kids, who got laid off of her job. She has been selling her possessions at garage sales just to get by.

I've used Claudia's Cleaning Services for years. She is extremely reliable and honest. She and her helper, Sarah, clean weekly for me and do an excellent job. Neither of them speak much English; but, Claudia has older children that you can contact if you need to leave her a message. The number is 972/658-6232.

I have no idea if Rowlett is outside their driving area or not; but, it can't hurt to ask. Also, they would be much cheaper than the quote you were given.

I have a great lady here in North Garland (Firewheel). Her name is Sylvia cantu. I have her out every other Wednesday. ONe week she cleans the whole house $110 and then ext time she cleans downstairs only $70. her numbers are ###-###-#### home and ###-###-#### cell. I used to use another company and they were awful after awhile. Sylvia used to work for them and then went out on her own. My friend used her and I started a few months ago.

That price is extremely high in my opinion. My house is 4 bed, 4 bath, 3400 square feet and my housekeeper charges $85 for every other week. I would recommend her, but they are all booked and have been turning others away. Sorry, I can't help more but thought it may be helpful to have something to compare that cost to. BTW, we live in Royse City (My housekeeper lives in Garland). Also, she does the best job of any housekeeper I've known. She cleans above my cabinets, she does the dishes if there are any and even does laundry sometimes. She vaccums out the couch and moves it and cleans underneath. There is nothing she doesn't clean. I know that I am getting a deal for cheap but I still think that what you were quoted is way too high!

I have a great lady, named Ivonne. She does not speak much English, but enough for her to do a great job on my house and communicate with me. I have a 2800 square foot house, 4 bedroom, and I get charged $90.00 every 2 weeks. She also cleaned my sister's house, more the size of yours, and only charged $65.00 every 2 weeks. She would come look at your house and then give you a quote. We love her and several people on my street use her, as well. Used her for about 3 years.
